Flight Controller Wing Mount

I designed a mount for the BrainFPV Radixli, which is a 20mmx20mm flight controller. This is meant for wings where you'd glue it into the bottom of the accessory bay and then bolt the board/stack to it. But because I wanted to finish the build before the Radixli was available and then swap out the controller later, I also made an adapter that goes on top of the 20mmx20mm mount and will hold a full-size 30.5mmx30.5mm Radix. That way when the Radixli comes in, I can pull out the Radix board, remove the adapter, and bolt in the Radixli. Super simple and probably not very useful to anyone except me, but who knows. Obviously they'll work with any 20mmx20mm and 30.5mmx30.5mm flight controller stack...

So, print the 20mm mount, then the 30.5mm adapter. Glue the 20mm mount into your wing with Welders or Goop or whatever you want. Then slide the 30.5mm adapter over it, and use a couple M3 button-head (4mm or 6mm is all you need) screws in the 20mm spaced holes to hold the adapter in place (y
