Flight Stand(s)s

This is my rendition of a flight stand. There's 3 different size posts included, tolerances are tight so depending on how you print them and with what resin they SHOULD go together easily.

Dry fit the pieces first, if they don't go together easily or leave a huge gap, I designed these so that the just about everything below the bottom "cone" can be shaved or sanded in order to fit into the recess on the base.

I've used these for all kinds of aircraft, big and small, with or without magnets. The posts all have a divot in the top of them, this divot will help to hold a bearing in place like the Green Stuff Rotational Magnets. Using those magnets you can position your aircraft in more dynamic poses.

Print them solid, the base is designed to be solid and provide a very good counterweight to just about anything you put on it ( so long as you have your hole relatively centered in your model )
