Hi! I needed to secure a dry erase board to the wall, and made these hinges to go along with my ledges/holders. These hinges can be attached to the wall with a command strip (or portion of one, since they don't bear weight), and flip down to keep the board from falling forward. Just like my bottom holders, these should go around a ¾" thick board just fine, with an approximate 2mm gap. This was designed in Shapr3D on my iPad! My first iteration of the design had a 0.20mm tolerance gap in the hinge itself, but I noticed that was wayyy too floppy. I redesigned the hinge with a 0.125mm tolerance in the center to combat this. Because of the tolerance, I believe it can only be printed with a 0.2mm nozzle. With a 0.4mm nozzle, the center doesn't actually move. If someone wants to create a profile for a 0.4mm nozzle, more power to ya!
