This is a second version of my floating cloud bookend. Intended to give the illusion of a floating cloud suspended on either side of your favorite stack of books, this bookend is elegant enough for any office, yet whimsical enough for any kids room. Assembly: The cloud and base are designed to slot together. Once together, you will need two 8mm M4 screws to secure the cloud to the base. The model is also symmetrical, so you can simply print two copies of each file without worrying about a right or left orientation. Recommended Print Settings: These files are very easy prints, but there are a few important things to keep in mind. Cloud: 2 walls 5-10% infill Some supports will be needed for the area that the base slots into. Make sure your supports don't go up into the screw holes (depending on your slicer, you may need to add support blockers to prevent this). Orient the flat side on the buildplate. This should be the default orientation. Bookend Base: 3-4 walls 20% or greater Orient it
