Floating Cup improved, good balance

This is an improvement on the rather popular "Floating Cup (smoother look, foolproof assembly)", https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3689716 . See that Thing for notes and directions of how to print it, assemble it, prop it up during gluing, etc.

Some people were having problems keeping theirs balanced upright and not falling backwards. That might be because they didn't look close enough at the drawing that shows how the the "stream" must be angled (see the picture included here with the vertical red line drawn on it) or the different infill amounts needed. But even when done well, the model wouldn't withstand a bump or a shaking table.

So this one includes an open pocket in the bottom of the "splash" design so that a weight can be glued in there. The weight I used and designed around is a stack of 3 "carriage bolt washers", 2 inch outside diameter and 1/2 inch inside diameter. There is probably a metric similar washer but hardware stores here don't carry much metric. You co
