"Floating" Helping Hand

I know this has sort of been done before, but I'd not seen any that were mounted quite like this, with no base, just a hand sticking out of the wall, with two small slots in the wrist for hanging with two small nails or screws. Handily (heh) holds whatever you need it to - I use it in the kitchen but it'd work for coats, scarves, hats, belts, etc. as well.

Prints at approximately 8 cm high (as pictured) but you can scale it up or down for your needs - just be aware this will also scale the mounting holes.
