Makes
Made to keep floating plants in or out of a certain area. Low infill should probably be used to allow for floating.
Designed with a mechanism that should allow it to move with the water level. Could likely be modified so the clasps do not come off of the bars that hold the floater to the glass. The square bar piece is designed with a hole within it for a suction cup to be glued on, however, a magnet should also work.
When I printed my 'suction holder' piece I accidentally removed the hole and had to glue my suction cup to the surface of the square instead of attaching it within it, but this seems to have worked well.
Took some trial and error. The first print I did had the moving bits way too small and flimsy. I fixed this by making the size of the pieces much sturdier.
The bar holding the two clasp pieces could likely be thickened for better support, and shortened or lengthened depending on how far away from its attachment point you'd like it to be.
