FLOODGATE - Modular Micropipette Tip Box Reloader

FLOODGATE is a modular system for rapidly aligning micropipette tips to refill boxes faster than manual reloading. By swapping the tray, comb, comb adapters, and door, tips ranging from 10 to 200 μL from various brands can be rapidly filled into their respective boxes, saving time and reducing plastic waste.After printing, some pieces require the thin, break-away brims that improve bed adhesion to be snipped off (e.g. P200 combs and trays). Ensure the brims on the P200 trays are fully cleared away to allow for P200 to smoothly exit through the door.Afterwards, simply press-fit 6 mm x 2 mm magnets (linked below) into the various cutouts throughout the main body, comb adapters and doors to allow for rapid swapping between P10 and P200 systems. You may need glue to help some magnets stay put.
