Flooding sensor box (sensor de alagamento)

In Brazil, it is very common, during the rainy season, that large floods occur in large cities. And every year it's always the same thing: the news talks about the catastrophes that could have been avoided and politicians don't even try anymore to find an excuse. It's always the rain's fault!!!

With that in mind, I decided to develop a small "flood alert" that can be applied in various situations and that can also be changed/improved by anyone who is willing.
