Floor heating distribution frame knob

As my plumber didn't leave me with any installation or set-up tool for my floor heating distribution frame, I designed my own. I first tried one of the downloadable models from Makerworld, but it wasn’t really suitable for this application (it was designed for a heating radiator). So I created this one in the shape of a round knob. There are probably many different floor heating distribution frames out there, each with its own adjustment mechanism. On mine, a square screw has to be rotated to increase or decrease the pressure for each floor heating circuit. The knob allows for some tolerances so it fits well without being too loose — refer to the design screenshot for the exact dimensions of the square recess in the model. On top, my model has a groove so you can easily see how far you've turned the knob. I printed the model in standard Bambulab PLA.
