Just a floppy with text, and cut outs at the bottom that show 0.2mm to 1.2mm in 0.2mm steps.
Customizer is down right now, so you'll have to open the .scad file in OpenSCAD and edit the text_line variable and press f6 to render, and export your stl.
(its down, or not working for me, or who knows, but it claims there is no SCAD file here!)
