FLow Sensor - w/ clog prevention

revision of the flow sensor ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6097124 )with more space in the interior a screen on the bottom and a larger outflow weir to reduce clogging by large particulates. As with the other use at your own risk I am not responsible for the quality of your printer or mis use of the device. Even with the reduced clogging it can still clog so must be maintained properly by regular cleaning. IMPORTANT NOTE: Print in PETG or other resistant plastic since PLA becomes brittle in aquaculture water after a period of time.
