簪花，俗称“簪花围”，是闽南地区特有的女性头饰文化，源自泉州蟳埔（xún pǔ） 。当地妇女将秀发盘成圆髻后，用茉莉、素馨等鲜花串成花环，这些花环被称为“簪花围”，簪花围由花围和发簪等组成，环绕在脑后作为装饰，是泉州蟳埔的独特发饰。立春、上巳节、重阳节都有簪花的习俗。
