Flower Press

This flower press was designed on SolidWorks. This press works by placing flowers onto the bottom plate, then after placing the top plate, turning the handle to lower the clamp onto the center of the top plate. It is recommended to add layers of cardboard and a moisture absorbing paper between each layer of flowers. I added the needed screws and bolts as an option in case you'd like to 3d print them. Washers and wing nuts will be needed to hold the bolts in place.

Total Plate Dimensions: 5in length, 6in width

Total Available Height: Flowers can be stacked up to 6 inches, more if you can find a 5/16" hex bolt with a greater length.

Note: The beams and plates have premade holes, but a drill will be necessary to create the threads needed to hold the screws/bolts.
