🛠️FlowRate and Z-Offset Test Most tests focus only on the First Layer or the Top Layer, ignoring that an incorrect Z-Offset can often be mistaken for an extrusion issue. This model allows you to analyze both simultaneously to achieve perfect results. Check First Layer: Verify adhesion and line squish (Z-Offset). Check Top Layer: Verify surface finish and fullness (Flow Rate). The Rule: If both layers show the same defect, it’s a Flow Rate issue. If only the first layer is off, you need to adjust your Z-Offset. Project Structure Plate 1 (Extra-Rough): 0.05 steps for a base initial calibration. Plate 2 (Rough): 0.02 steps for a standard calibration. Plate 3 (Fine): 0.004 steps for professional-grade precision. Plate 4 (Single): A single test piece for final verification after adjustments.
