FlowSpool Stand When I first saw the rotating spool holders made for the AMS Lite by Bambu Lab, I bought both versions right away — the green and the yellow ones. As a reminder: the yellow one rotates clockwise and pulls the filament back, while the green one rotates counterclockwise.   I don’t actually use them with AMS. I have different AMS units — AMS 2 Pro and HT — for different printers. But from time to time, separate, independent spool holders are needed for specific tasks. For example, feeding TPU directly from the table, allowing the filament to unwind freely without tension, while still keeping it comfortable to work with.   I already had two older spool holders of my own design. Functionally they worked fine, but over time I stopped liking them visually. Modern printers look so good now that those old holders feel out of place next to them. Their design is too primitive, and visually they just don’t belong alongside today’s machines.   This stand is different. It’s made in another style — with smoother, more modern, flowing shapes. That’s immediately noticeable. And yes, I genuinely like it.             As for reinforcement: I added an aluminum tube inside the vertical part of the stand. Strictly speaking, it’s not required — the stand is already strong enough on its own. The reinforcement is technically overkill. But I like it. It adds an extra sense of reliability and confidence that this thing won’t break during long-term use.   Overall, the result is right in front of you. Of course, it would have been possible to completely eliminate threaded bushings. But since the same shafts are used in different devices and locations, and to avoid reprinting parts every time, I decided to make the system universal. That’s why either green or orange threaded bushings are used, depending on the shaft, onto which the rotating spool holder from Bambu Lab is mounted.   The rotating units themselves are engineered extremely well, and I really like them. I’m even planni
