FLSUN COREXY Z Mount replacement

This is the Z axis Stepper Motor/Bearing and Linear Motion Shaft mount (top and bottom) replacement for the FLSUN COREXY printer (2018 Pre-Sale). It should work with the official 2018 release model. (The FLSUN CoreXY is also known as FLSUN-G. Not for the CUBE)

Warning: It does not fit the FLSUN Cube as the lead screw and the linear motion shaft are offset differently.

The original mounting plate and shaft holder were installed unevenly, the position can be off as much as 5mm. This can lead to bent Z-axis and layer shifts.

This design is based on "Flsun Cube Z motor mount" by Devians88.

Print the 4mm version if u are using the supplied M4 bolts and nuts
Print the 5mm version if u are using 5mm bolts and nut.

The plates are 10mm thick, so you have to use a M5 x 14mm bolt

Use a washer with the bolt to spread out the load when installing to the frame.

For installation: The distance from the edge of this mount to the front of the printer is 102mm
