FLSun Delta Ball Joint

Delta Printer Ball Joint Housing.
I have an FLSun Delta Printer and have had some minor issues with the ball joints on the arms so have decided to pull the balls out and make a new housing for them.

The balls are approximately 8mm in diameter and snap in to the housing quite well.
I used ABS to print them but eventually will replace this with Nylon.

Removing the balls from the old aluminium casing is prety easy, I used a small bearing with an ID that was larger than the ball, then a bolt and hit the bolt with a hammer a couple of times. not too hard and the ball pops out.

I put the new ABS plastic casing on the wooden bench and using the bot tapped it with a hammer in to the new housing.
