Since I do not use the included spool holder on my Q5 the filament was eating through the stock feeder guide. Being inspired by the Eryone Thinker design I made this simple fix where the filament enter a bowden tube to guide it down into the feeder and enter the extruder gears at the proper angle, eliminating any rubbing on any parts.

You'll need a longer m4 screw than what comes with the Q5, I'm using an m4x10mm. You'll also need a spare coupler with either a 10mm thread or 6mm thread (these are the standard that have come with my printers spare parts) and some spare bowden tube.

To assemble first thread the coupler into the part and insert the bowden tube and then into the stock feeder so it fits snug.

Next screw the part into the top of the printer case, before fully tightening push down on the coupler tab and move the full assembly down so it sits flush on top of the printer.

That's it! Enjoy hanging your filament from all sorts of angles :)
