FLSUN SR full enclosure

Full enclosure for the FLSUN Super Racer.

you will need:

>Φ10mm magnets (T=1 or 2mm), 28 pcs.
>M3 and M4 tap
>M4 countersink screws, L=8 or 9 (even 10mm should work), 8pcs for the doors
>M3 countersink screws, L= 7mm, 4pcs for the hinges
>L shape aluminium profile (see picture),L=658mm, 5x20mm, T=1
>J shape aluminium profile (see picture), L=668, 5x11mm, T=1. Should work with L shape as well (but less sexy). For the border of the doors.
>T=0.5mm sheets (0.75mm should fit as well, you may need to sandpaper a little bit the grooves though). I used Polystyrene, but take PC if you have the option, because PS becomes opaque when under physical stress. she sheets sizes are 360x668 for the 2 back panels, and 668x161 for the 2 doors.
>double side tape and glue (loctite/superglue type)
>a 4.5mm (+-0.2mm) drilling bit
>optional : a sexy rubber bush for the finish of the hole for the big cable.
