Basic design is the same as in my previous entry. Main change is that floater have minimal or none freedom of movement, it is fairly large to achieve maximum buoyancy. Force is transferred upwards via rod that is connected to floater. More fluid, more force pushing up the rod. Pressure is transferred to resistor, that lowers his resistance if force is applied. More force, lower resistance and we have output that gives us accurate fluid level in the tank. Optimal placement is in geometrical center of the tank to lower reading errors. Design is scalable. Accuracy depends on floater size and sensor resolution. In case of failure only part that requires replacement is sensor or in this project case part of upper assembly whit sensor enclosed inside.
