The knob on the Fluke 112 commonly breaks off at its base, rendering it useless. I modelled this replacement to be used with a piece of an appropriately sized allen key. I used a dremel and cut off a small section, deburred it, and epoxied it into the hexagonal hole in the knob. I Also epoxied the two halves together at the same time and clamped until cured. If you Glue the halves before inserting the Metal part, You might not be able to fit it and the two halves might not be properly aligned. It has been a while since I made this so I am not sure what the exact dimensions of the hexagonal shaft I used were, just test them in the meter until one fits snug and use it. Length should be long enough to engage but not too long to the point the knob won't fully seat.
