This is a remix of alexhb's Fluke ToolPak Clone. I extended the insert so that it would fit a 87v and also made attachment for a magnet.

You can always customize it depending on the width of the Velcro strap.
I also used a 10-24 machine screw and bolt. (cut it to length)
