I took the headjoint from the referenced 'remix' source and did things to it. I tracked down the source STP file and "exploded" it into separate STL files.
The blank lip plate allows you to cut & shape the plate hole as desired. The other lip plate will produce sound, but not all that cleanly.
The "Cork Ring" must be printed using a flexible material such as FlexPLA. Alternatively consider a small rubber band or a fillet of caulk or "ShoeGoo" .
I tried to see the diameter to fit a standard flute body , but printer variations (or possibly "real" flute body variations may make this slightly off.

In any case, this is a project more for fun than trying to make a decent quality headjoint. All suggestions welcome!
