A fluted vase, designed in Blender.
The shape was defined in Blender as an XYZ parametric surface. This was generated by a Python script internal to the Blender file.
The script has several parameters you can vary for whatever effect you like. To provide the vase a bottom you may need to manually fill in the lowest layer of vertices. You'll need to scale the model appropriately in your slicer software. The cross section of the vase happens to be a hypocycloid curve. Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypocycloid
You'll need to print this in single layer "vase" or "spiral" mode so it probably will NOT hold water. At least my print leaked a little.
