This simple helicopter toy is outstandingly addictive and satisfying. It is designed with extra space in between the pieces so that it should work smoothly without any sanding. It is easy to print and needs no supports. Don't get discouraged if it is hard to use or doesn't fly high. I've found that it doesn't work well at first but after a day or so it gets significantly easier to use.
As for how high it goes, I don't know an exact amount and I couldn't get a good video of it, but I'll say that I almost lost it on the roof of a three story building.
