Flying Helicopter Toy - Spring Powered

This spring-powered flying copter toy uses a ratcheting crank mechanism to wind a spring to launch the rotor into the air. Print Settings.  I used PETG for the spring and gears and PLA for the case. For the spring print with enough walls to eliminate infill. This is for strength.   Filament - PETG  Nozzle Temp - 245C  Bed Temp - 80C Print Speed - 160 mm/s Retraction - 1.2 mm @40mm/s Support - Yes, everywhere.  Infill - 15% Filament - PLA Infill - 15%  Nozzle Temp - 210C Bed Temp - 60C Support - Everywhere Layer Height - 0.2mm
