I tried to make this as easy as possible to print. As long as your overhang is dialed in pretty well, you wont need any supports for any of the individual parts.
There are two propellers. The light propeller will fly much higher. But, it's pretty delicate if printed in PLA. I'd recommend PETG for that one. I also recommend PETG for the ripcord.
The tab gets glued in the slot on either side of the handle to hold it all together, Kind of like a biscuit joint. You may have to play around with the scaling. But, it's a 5 minute print.
The ripcord is a work in progress. I'm planning on lengthening it. So, your finger can't interfere with the propeller. I just haven't got around to it yet.
Keep the infill to a minimum for the propeller. Even a slight weight change will greatly effect it's performance. The light fan weighs about 18 grams. If I pull hard enough, It will fly with enough force to dent the 14' ceiling in my living room. The normal fan weighs about 22 grams and with
