A flying saucer. 1950s B movie style.
Simple vector cutting from 3mm MDF, about 150mm / 6 inch across finished. All the parts are small so will fit any laser cutter. Whole thing fits onto a 18"×9" board. Assembly is a bit tight, so be gentle with it.
The tricky bit is to put the three 'walls' with the legs on in first, push them to the centre, and then slip their outer ends into the central ring - without breaking the ring. If you want, change the design and make the slots a bit wider to make this easier, and use more glue afterwards.
