Flyingbear Ghost 4 head for 4010 coldend fun

This is not an update. This may be necessary if you have only 4010 fans. I did it quickly, as I am waiting for a normal 3010 fan from the store (my fan is broken). The design follows the usual case, but adds an air manifold and a fan holder 4010.
