FlySky X6B Receiver box

I wanted to use an X6B receiver on an [EzFly Trainer](http://fancyfoam-com.3dcartstores.com/EzFly-Trainer-Kit_p_105.html) but there is no "inside" so I designed this box to provide some protection to the receiver.

The base is very similar to the one I [published earlier](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3592339).

There are cut-outs in the sides for the antennae, PWM connector, and battery-voltage monitor connector.
On the top there is a hole to see the LED and another to access the bind-button.

The top cover is secured to the base with m2 x 8mm button-head machine-screws with captive nuts..
