Fits on 2 sheets of an A1 Mini. You can also use a 3/8" wooden dowel as the stick. The swatter fits a rod that is 9.7mm in diameter. The mesh part of the swatter is designed to be printed in straight lines. Use .2mm layer height so that each layer prints correctly. Also use Top Surface Pattern: Concentric to make the mesh print correctly. I designed it this way because it's more likely to fail when it prints each square of the mesh individually. Straight lines are faster and more reliable. I think it also makes it more flexible. I printed the entire thing with PETG and it broke after a few whacks. I re-printed the swatter section in TPU and it's working fine now. I don't see it breaking any time soon. So I'd recommend TPU for the swatter, PETG for everything else.
