Flywheels Modular Pulley Kit
for HTD 5M belts & motor pulleys

Complete: 36 Tooth 13mm & 16mm Pulleys
In Progress: 40 Tooth 13mm & 16mm Pulleys

This will allow you to switch out pulleys without have to trash the inserts and retainers. I am still working on different sizes, but the 36t in 13(12mm) & 16(15mm) are complete. 40t is coming, I made do a 52t as well.

You will need 6 of each of the following for every pulley kit you print/mill.

10-24 x 2-1/2 in Phillips Pan Head Machine Screw
10-24 Hex Nut Stainless
1/4 in Flat Washer Stainless

I suggest printing with ABS at 100% infill with raft or skirt, I was more successful using a skirt on Maker V2. I purposely made the holes smaller than the fasteners so I could drill out all of the holes with 3/16 bit for a tight and solid fit.
