FMS Ridge Racer U4 Upper Control Arm

Broke my upper control arm on my FMS Ridge Racer U4 while bashing. Replacement parts are near impossible to get.Made a 3D printable replacement due to impatience with shipping. 12-8-2025: v3 uploaded. Removed inset face to decrease stress points. Still working on ideal print orientation. This so far has been heavily dependent on the material. PETG, ABS, and PA have held up differently in different orientations. Replaces part number APSC71107. Uses OEM spindle ball joint APSC71002. MATERIAL TESTING CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS 12/8/2025Current methods and materials being tested: Theory: Fiber filled Nylon may be too “stiff” and has a greater chance of snapping.
