I made a quick corner support/protector for a foam sign that is 5 mm in thickness. Hopefully this can protect some people's posters!
You could always scale up or down to customize to the thickness of your posterboard!
Of course you should print it on its side, must rotate 90 degree, with no infill. Fast and easy print!
