Draw stop for foam fighting arrows. Designed for Belegarth with 1/4" protrusion from the arrow shaft, but may also work for other games like Dagorhir, Darkon, etc.
Fits 0.309" diameter arrow shafts.
The top half of the through hole is tapered out with the intention of wrapping a piece of tape around the arrow shaft above the arrow stop and wedging the arrow stop over the tape.
