Foam sword for kids

I designed these swords to play with my son. The handles are 3D printed in two pieces, the core of the sword is made of wood, and the cover is foam. This makes them sturdy and strong while allowing us to play without getting hurt.The materials are very cheap and available at any hardware store. I bought 1 meter of pipe insulation foam and 1 meter of 18mm wooden rod (so the design is intended for this diameter). Each sword has 50cm of wood and 50cm of foam.I customized the designs to include my name and my son's name, but I am sharing the design without any names so you can personalize it yourself.
