Focus Tool for Galvo Lasers

I used Bamboo "Chop Sticks" for the probes, 5.6 diameter by 210 mm long

The brass insets are 4 mm High by 5 mm in diameter with a 3 mm cap screw ( two used on each tool )

PLA used at a layer height 0.18 with a 0.6 mm nozzle

I did not fillet the corners as I forgot how to do it in Rhino, but with a deburring tool it came out rather well

I used a 6 mm drill to stop the brass inserts from setting to deep, I used a marble slab to set the inserts after heating them up

The three files should cover most lenses from 70 x 70 mm to 300 x 300 mm field size
