Foil Visconti Grip

A 3D scan from the Einscan Pro, with the internal holes cleaned up manually by modelling it in Fusion 360, then combining it with the scan in Meshmixer.
Mesh reduced to 7MB.
If this is to be actually used, it might be worth printing this in a stronger material like PETG (though even metal handles sometimes snap).
