To print this foldable box:
- Print no top and bottom layers
- Choose a nice looking mesh-type infill
- Use 20..40% infill (depends on your needed mesh size)
- Print 3…4 outline perimeters
- Use an extrusion width of 110% of your nozzle diameter (0.44mm on a 0.4mm nozzle)
- Use a high quality filament - which is not too brittle
To print different sizes use the scale functionality of your slicer.
I offer the original “FreeCAD” file in .FCStd format and the .gcode file as well. If you want to modify it along your needs. Please send me 10€ tip via PayPal. And write you email address in the description. I'll send you the original file within 1 business day.
