foldable Bread knife for camping

This bread knife is a modification of:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2848837
from SergioFPV.

I added a handle and made it foldable.
Also added a structure which locks the blade when it is out.
If you don´t need it, just grind it away.
To fix handle and blade you need a M3 countersunk screw and a nut (I used a self locking one)
The weight including the screw and nut is appr. 25g. Suitable for the hiking backpack :-)

Update: Revised the Handle. Now, it should be printable without support.
