Foldable quboid (customizable)

While I found a few foldable cuboids, none of them were customizable so I could print them in other sizes.

The following is customizable:
a, b, and c: length, width, and height of the cuboid
h1: thickness of the sides
h2: thickness of the folded area
e: width of the extra area to allow for folding (0.1 and 0.2 mm both worked fine for me so far)
angmod: modifier for the angles of the connecting edges (3 worked for me, resulting in angles of 42° and 48°; other values might work better, though)
