Folding chair leg cap

Original design is great, but I had a problem installing it due to it being a bit too stiff and tight and slightly too small for my chair.
Only two small modifications:
- Slightly increased the width of the hole to 22.7mm
- Added small chamfers on the bottom and inside to make installation a bit easier

I printed this with 25% infill and 3 walls in PETG to allow some (very slight) flex while still being pretty strong. Seems to hold up fine!
