Folding knife

Thanks to PRIma for sharing his remix of Y_Dascalu awesome mini pocket knife.

I printed PRIma's version put the parts did not fit together, most likely due to the precision of my printer. So I added 0.3mm tolerances of all the connecting parts. It is easier to assemble now, but still a really tight fit and I have to use pliers to push the parts together.

The idea about taking the individual part apart was to
* be able to scale the design if I wanted something slightly bigger
* make it easier to print in multiple colours
* save a bit on the filament
