You want a regular convex polyhedron? Here they are, all 5 that exist. Seems there should be more.
You want to print it flat, and fold it up into a 3D shape that holds together without glue? Got ya covered.

This worked great with my 0.6mm nozzle with 0.3mm layers. If you have a 0.4mm nozzle, you'll want to scale it down by a third and use 0.2mm layers so the hinge works properly.
