Folding Web Cam, Web Cam Bracket

I recently upgraded my monitor and discovered a really irritating problem. I have a webcam that sort of folds over the top of the monitor. This was fine on my old monitor, it had quite a large bezel around the screen, but my new one has barely any bezel. I found myself positioning the desktop icons around the camera. I toyed around with a few ideas, but couldn’t find anything that was suitable. I mentioned the problem to my son and he told me he had a similar problem and solved it by mounting his camera on the wall. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4604071) This wasn’t an option for me as I have a shelf above my monitor, but taking inspiration from his model I came up with this simple solution to mount the camera on the shelf.
