Folgertech FT-6 Electrical box cover

This piece require a piece of 1/4" plexiglass to be cut and bonded to the bottom side. It has slots set up for 6" wide acrylic hinges which you can find on amazon. Depending on what you print it out of, you may need to print supports for the center. I built brackets to keep it from drooping to sit on my fans.
