Here is my concept for a Food Processing Spoon for people who have difficulties chewing. You simply scoop up food into the spoon shaped head of the processor. Then with a single push of a button, the acrylic housing rotates to cover and seal the food in the housing. Once the cover is secured, the electric motor automatically kicks on to process the food into a more manageable consistency. As soon as you release the push button, the motor kicks off (with a spring detent to keep the blades flush and recessed in the housing) and the cover opens to easily allow the user to eat directly from the spoon shaped housing. The blades are actually very dull, so they don't cut your lip, but they are driven by planetary gears to maximize cutting torque. Since I am such a huge fan of Milwaukee power tools, what better than to power the food processor with a M12 battery pack!
