Ford Explorer Sun Visor Extension

I made this to extend the drivers side sun visor of my 2021 Ford Explorer to cover the gap between the visor and the A-Pillar. This is designed to be able to stay on the visor while it is up, and then slide up or down depending on where the sun is coming from. I have only printed out of PETG so far, and will update with print profile for ASA once I get around to printing my “final” version. STL of my v1 with larger radius corners is also included, and you can adjust the radius of the clip to adjust the clamping force depending on your vehicle.
