Ford keyfob case (no buttons)

A replacement case for the Ford "coffin" type keyfobs (2015-2020 Mustang, Focus, Fiesta, Fusion, more?), just a case with out any buttons.

I don't use the buttons, only passive entry, so I wanted a smaller key that fits better in the pocket, so I made this.

Likely no one else will ever want this, but here it is. :)

Still working on this, though this may be a final version.

Revised the battery area for better contact, you'll need a very small spring or form a thin brass contact to go up to the PCB's contact pad. The pictures show the updated situation. I salvaged the spring I used from an old 3 position toggle switch and was roughly 0.08" diameter by 0.150" long.
The fit of things are improved as well, the locating recess for the PCB is now on the battery side of the case. It's still a bit fiddly to assemble, but it's better than it was.
I've also added nubs for the lock/unlock switches, which should allow you to press lock/unlock, but not so much that you'll acci
